Session will be from 12.30pm-1.15pm.

Join us as we discuss some of the common issues startups face, opportunities available for them, and how they can make it or break it in Singapore. In addition, share your thoughts with industry experts on what you’d like to see in the country’s startup ecosystem.

In this session, we’ll discuss:

  • Opportunities for startups in Singapore
  • What you want to see in the Singapore startup ecosystem

Money Roundtable (Day 1)

Session will be from 1.30pm to 2.15pm.

Should a startup look for investors or bootstrap? Some entrepreneurs have the luxury of securing investors to help launch their company, while there are others who see value in bootstrapping their way through. Join us as we discuss which route is more suitable for your startup.

During this discussion, we will delve into the following questions:

  • Should you look for a VC or bootstrap?
  • How to make the most of limited funds
  • What are the best strategies to bootstrap a startup?
  • What do VCs look out for in a startup or founder?

Employee Success Roundtable (Day 1)

Session will be from 4.45pm to 5.30pm.

Employees are a company’s greatest asset. Having highly skilled and motivated employees translates to a more productive working environment. How do you attract the right people to join your team and empower those you’re working with?

Trade ideas with fellow industry planners on:

  • How to find, attract and retain the right talent
  • How to empower your employees to grow their capabilities

Early Stage Growth Roundtable (Day 2)

Session will be from 12.30pm-1.15pm.

Being in an early stage startup is often chaotic with limited resources. As your startup grows, which aspects should you be paying more attention to gauge your business’ progress? While there are universal metrics such as number of users, revenue and sales pipeline, uncover those that would really matter to your startup.

This session seeks to discuss:
