I’m Tiang, currently serving as the Operating Partner at SeedPlus, an early stage VC firm based in Singapore. In my previous role, I launched the Evernote Singapore office and led market development in Asia Pacific.
At SeedPlus, I’m looking to invest in and partner with founders from around Southeast Asia region to build globally disruptive companies. Besides investing, most of my time is spent helping founders with company building through my involvement as a board partner. My latest investment is CardUp which I also serve on the board.

My name is Zal Dastur, and I am the co-founder and COO of Lucep. Lucep is an omnichannel customer engagement platform which helps businesses respond instantly to call back requests from prospects through any online or offline channels.
My day-to-day job involves a lot of talking on the phone at all hours of the day, pitching to both clients and partners, managing the growth of the team and anything else that is not part of the technical teams remit.
