1. Shopsup | India (Startup Profile)
Bangalore-based startup Shopsup is an app that lets users find retail stores around them. 2. Get.place | Philippines (Startup Profile)
Real estate startup Get.place connects users looking to buy or rent properties with real estate brokers. Much like the ride-hailing app, a person simply inputs their ideal property requirements and their request gets pushed to realtors on Get.place through its matching algorithm. Similar to Uber, it has a rating system for weeding out bad property agents.
3. Math Buddy | India (Startup Profile)
Math Buddy helps kids learn mathematics through hands-on games and interactive lessons. It offers practice sessions, activities, interactive worksheets and assessments, and an online Olympiad aimed at making kids less fearful of the subject. The startup is present in schools across 19 states in India.
4. Slide | Pakistan (Startup Profile)
Pakistan-based Slide is an Android lockscreen app that rewards users for clicking on ads or reading content. It incentivizes users to read content that pops up every time they unlock their phones. Readers accumulate points for each click which they can then exchange for mobile phone top-ups.
