1. Refash | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Singapore-based Refash is a pre-owned clothes resale website where people can recycle unwanted clothes. The service specializes in women’s clothing, bags, and accessories currently..


2. BreathingRoom | India

BreathingRoom is an Airbnb or Uber for office spaces. It brings together users scouting for office spaces at cost-effective rates, and the owners of underutilized commercial spaces, via their app. Their services are available in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi for now.


3. UangTeman | Indonesia (Startup Profile)

UangTeman is a microlending site in Indonesia which premises that it hands out small loans of up to US$136 for a period of 10 to 30 days. It claims to have a better track record than banks and financial services when it comes to recovering debts.


4. Greyloft | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Greyloft is a real estate startup that combines software tools with its own in-house real estate agents who help home seekers with things like paperwork, moving in minutiae, and support after the customer moves into the new property.


5. Priceza | Thailand (Startup Profile)

Thailand startup Priceza is a price comparison and ecommerce search engine. It offers its services in six countries across Southeast Asia and claims a combined 13 million visits per month across its markets.


6. Pricebook | Indonesia (Startup Profile)

Indonesia-based price comparison site Pricebook provides information on product features, reviews, and prices across online and offline vendors. Its online-to-offline site offers incentives for people to go buy their products from merchants’ offline stores.


7. TravelersBox | Israel (Startup Profile)

TravelersBox is an ATM-esque contraption at airports that helps you swap all that pesky leftover foreign currency into something useful. It is set to launch more than 40 new kiosks in six Asian airports by the end of the year.


8. Chynge | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Singapore-based fintech startup Chynge developed a way to clear monetary regulations on remittance transactions more efficiently across the Asia Pacific region. It lets customers enter their information into an app and then visit a remittance office for a one-time face-to-face verification with a teller. Once the account has been verified, customers can send remittance instructions through the app, eliminating the need for subsequent trips to the office.
