Two years after introducing the world to voice assistant Alexa, Amazon has jumped for the jugular. Its latest product in the Echo family, the Echo Show, features a 7-inch touchscreen and 5MP camera.
Paired with the voice assistant features we have come to know and love, Alexa can now respond to requests visually, allowing users to call up YouTube videos, see the weather forecast, or view upcoming events in their calendar, amongst many other things.
How will this change the battle for voice assistance supremacy? Your move, Google.
